3.4Legally required releases of PD. 4.Transfer of PD Outside Your Country

4.1The PD that we collect from you may be stored , processed, and transferred between any of the countries in which we or Our Processors operate. For example, if you reside in the European Economic Area (EEA), we may need to transfer your personal data to jurisdictions outside the EEA.

4.2Wherever we transfer, process or store your PD, we will take reasonable steps to protect it. 5.Retaining and Destroying Your PD and NPD
